Meet Sakshi Vij Sekhon

Licensed Immigration Adviser, based in Tauranga. More than 7,000 successful visa outcomes since 2018, and Sakshi still advises every client personally.

Her story

Founder, Director and Licensed Immigration Adviser

In the Education and Immigration industry since 2013.

Sakshi Vij Sekhon has worked in education and immigration since 2013, and has been Director of NZ Visa Immigration Services since 2018. Throughout that time she has worked closely with Education New Zealand, NZQA and Immigration New Zealand processes, the systems that determine whether a plan to study, work or settle in New Zealand can proceed.

Since establishing NZVisa Immigration Services in 2018, Sakshi has led the team to more than 7,000 successful visa outcomes, and the practice serves as the exclusive immigration partner of the Hindu Council of New Zealand. She works with clients in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

That experience shaped a firm conviction: a visa application is more than paperwork. Behind every file is a job offer, a partner, a family, or a course that starts on a fixed date. Each case deserves one accountable adviser who knows it from the first conversation.

The practice is run on that principle. Sakshi is based in Tauranga and works with clients across New Zealand and overseas. She advises every client personally, gives an honest assessment of where a case is strong and where it is not, and never promises an outcome, because Immigration New Zealand decides every application.

How we work

Four commitments, kept on every case

Straight answers

If a pathway is weak, you will be told before you spend money on it. Honest advice at the outset costs far less than a declined application later.

Evidence prepared properly

Applications succeed or fail on evidence. Documents are checked and assembled carefully before anything is lodged.

Led by Sakshi, backed by a team

Sakshi stays personally involved in every case, with advisers and support specialists, including a former Immigration New Zealand Immigration Officer and Senior Technical Adviser, behind each application.

Fees agreed in writing

Costs are set out in writing before you commit to anything. See fees and process for how engagement works.

A note on this page: everything here is general information, not immigration advice for your situation. Advice specific to you starts with a consultation. Clients of licensed advisers can also raise unresolved concerns with the IAA, explained under complaints.
